It’s now been a little over two months since I received the samples you sent.  To say it went over well with everyone would an understatement.  The first night of mixing a small amount of ZiwiPeak in with their regular meal they were stumbling over each other to get to their bowls.  The only time they get that excited is when I feed them raw meaty, marrow bones.  We had been using Gimborn’s freeze-dried liver and Zuke’s mini treats for training, but two out of our three huskies now turn their noses up to it.  They wanted the ZiwiPeak.  We now use ZiwiPeak Cuisine as our everyday treat (although we may be giving the ZiwiPeak treats a try soon) and the dogs couldn’t be happier.

As far as Ronin’s allergy issues go, we have had absolutely zero issues with both the Lamb and Venison version (Venison and Fish is up next!) and we are about to order our third ten pound bag.  His energy has shot through the roof and he has been gaining weight, which is great!  He’s recently undergone a growth spurt (he’s catching up to his brother Nari!) and both we and our veterinarian are positive we have your product to thank for helping him receive such excellent nutrition during such a crucial time.

While I find the cost of ZiwiPeak completely reasonable considering the time, effort, and cost of making such a product, it is unfortunately a bit out of my budget to feed all three of our huskies ZiwiPeak exclusively.  But at the same time, if I cut out ZiwiPeak from feeding time for Nari and Lana while still giving it to Ronin, I’m fairly positive I would be facing a mutiny (and probably two on one odds as Ronin would probably be too busy eating his ZiwiPeak to help me).  We now feed Ronin exclusively ZiwiPeak (with some occasional raw thrown in), while Lana and Nari get a half and half mix of ZiwiPeak and Grandma Lucy’s Pureformance.  So far the compromise has been both very satisfying for the dogs and cost effective.

So anyways, thanks again for producing such a wonderful product as well as taking the time to send such a generous sample (they LOVED the deer shanks)!  If you hold to the current business model, I must say you’ve gained a customer for the foreseeable future.

This is my boy Dexter. He loves ZiwiPeak and he’s very happy I found the daily diet and treats for him to share with his siblings. Well, he’ll share the daily diet because everyone shares the bowls. Dear ZiwiPeak team

I have a gorgeous 6 year old golden retriever Barney who has been having a tough health time for the past 12 months. He has had a range of orthopaedic and gastrointestinal issues that have been very debilitating! After many visits to his vet, specialist vets, ultrasounds, blood tests etc he has been diagnosed with colitis. He has been on medication for this for 8 weeks now and although he is certainly better than he was, he has still not been his tip top self! He avoids food (as I think it makes his tummy sore) and I have been hand feeding him for months now! Hand feeding a 38kg dog is no easy task – meal times have been stressful – I have had to coax every mouthful into him – I have to try to get as much as I can into him with much patience before he turns his head and walks away! Because of his allergies – he had undergone blood and saliva testing at Jean Dodds, LA – it was very hard to find a commercial product that he could have. He is allergic to corn, potatoes, eggs, white fish amongst other things! Last weekend we fortuitously went to Bowhouse in Paddington, after the helpful staff listened to Barney’s story they suggested we tried ZiwiPeak. After looking at the ingredient list I saw that it was ok for a try – I have not seen Barney’s head swing around so fast for food in months! He gobbled down piece 1 and then looked for more – piece 2,3,4,5 went down the hatch and I knew we had found a winner! He has now been on ZiwiPeak for a week – he is now eating from his bowl (amazing – no more hand feeding!) … Runs inside when I say ”Ziwi” looking for food! He is running in the park, is less stiff, and as the person who picks up after him, let’s just say that there is a significant improvement there too I would like to thank the ZiwiPeak team for producing such a quality product, this must have taken significant research and development, passion and drive. Your product reflects your ethos to provide our 4 legged friends with the best nutrition possible – just how Mother Nature intended it! We cannot thank you enough – medicine had got my pal back to 80% health but your product has given him back a hop in his step! It is so lovely to see him so happy and healthy! I hope I have many more years of happy, healthy Barney with the help of Ziwi! Thank you again!

I wanted to send a thank you from my 2 Siamese boys, Nismo & Switch for the amazing canned food you produce. It is really great to see a company prioritising the quality of their product over profit.

Some of the immediate benefits changing from (high-quality/Science Diet) dried food to Ziwipeak were: more energy, smoother and shinier coats, almost no need to drink water, smaller stools and the sinusitis that was causing watery eyes, disappeared in about a week.

An important difference between Ziwipeak and other canned food is that the primary ingredient is meat and not water, which results in much less urine output, which is important for indoor cats, the saving in litter pays for a good portion of the food.

But not only are there a lot of good scientific reasons to switch to Ziwipeak, if you could see how my boys go “mental” at feeding time, it is obvious they love the taste.

So I urge anyone that loves their animal companion, to make the change to Ziwipeak canned food, the long term health benefits (and vet bill savings) will easily outweigh the extra up front cost.

I wanted to thank you again for the helping me keep my dog Nikki on ZiwiPeak as part of your new program. I’ll share my story with you briefly as well as what I am sharing with customers that come in the store.

I adopted my dog, Nikki, from the Humane Society six years ago. At the time, she was nine and already starting to experience some of the issues that are common in older dogs. The most challenging issue was her diet and her sensitivity to nearly everything I fed her. At the time, I was not very educated on the proper diet for dogs and, like many others, believed that Science Diet, Eukanuba, etc were considered to be high quality foods. I thought I was providing the best for my dog and her diet. I spent the better part of a year trying new foods and for a time, she was doing somewhat well on Nutro and Blue Buffalo, however she was still having skin problems, itching and loose stools.

As she got older, the problems worsened. Most notably, she developed an incontinence problem with certain ingredients. I believe now that her digestive tract was getting inflamed by the allergies and when she would fall asleep, she would urinate on her bed. At the time, I had a friend that shopped at a local pet store for his miniature Greyhounds. He told me about them and I went down and talked with the store for quite a long time. I had started Nikki on Taste of the Wild and she did better on it, but the allergies and incontinence were still a problem. Over the next several months, we rotated through many brands with no luck. Finally, the store recommended ZiwiPeak. I had seen it and, unfortunately, due to its price point had held off on trying it. I purchased a 2.5 lb bag and fed her only that for the next several days. Miraculously, all of the allergy issues vanished. I began buying the 11lb bags for the next year and also added a venison wet food and treats to her diet and she did quite well.

These days, mostly due to financial concerns, I use ZiwiPeak as a topper for her wet and dry food. In the morning, she gets half a can of Evo venison with ZiwiPeak on top. At night, she gets Acana Duck with cooked Halshen venison, that I make a gravy with, and ZiwiPeak mixed in. She has never done better and at 15, she is still going strong. I attribute her success to a high quality, low ingredient and grain free diet and I arrived here thanks to ZiwiPeak.

I have shared my story with customers in my store, primarily those that are experiencing issues similar to mine. I have given out numerous samples and have had several people purchase the trial and small bags. Some are considering it as a primary food and others are considering using it as an incentive, topping their normal food. I am confident that our sales will grow over the next few months.

Just wanted to say this food is AWESOME! Sooo easy to feed compared to typical raw based diet as it just sits on the counter and you scoop it out but it is still the great benefits of RAW! Love the mussel in it too for our geriatric pets and arthritis… Venison and Fish are great hypoallergenic choices too as I dont feed chicken, beef, lamb, pork, etc.. Can’t say enough and always tell people about it! My senior probably loves this more then the actual frozen whole carcass patties that I thaw too.. She eats it fast like the patties but seems to sit better and digest easier on her… Love it.. My dad didnt want to feed raw because of the mess and hassle and all but once I told him about ZiwiPeaK he too buys it all the time for half the meal for his senior dog and has helped him soo much with arthritis as no more limping and just has a better zest for life and added on probably another 2 yrs at least for him!!!!

I just want to say THANK YOU for making such AMAZING dog food. My Pomeranians, Carlos (4.2 pounds 1 year 3 months old) and Isabella (1 pound 32 ounces 17 weeks old), have never been this healthy and playful! They love this food and I feel g…reat about giving it to them! We have told everyone we know about it Thank you once again! They love the Venison and Fish formula as well as the Lamb soft food ♥. They have been on it now for over a month!

I just wanted to send you a quick thank you. We have been feeding our dogs ZiwiPeak for about 18 months now. The results are amazing! Before ZiwiPeak we were plagued with unexpected vet visits (tummy issues, hot spots, rashes, the list is endless). Since starting ZiwiPeak we have only gone to the vet for yearly checks up(knock on wood). 1 of our 3 dogs has always had high liver counts/values, I know this because with yearly check ups I do wellness blood work on our furbabies. Our vet could never really figure out why our Breezy had high liver values, but he was always quick to prescribe something. The RX/Meds worked —but it was always “short term”. As soon as she would go off the meds, the liver values would usually start climbing back up.

Breezy just had her first blood test after being on ZiwiPeak for a full year—she has PERFECT blood work, might I add –the first time in 10 years! The only thing that has changed—- is her diet (ZiwiPeak). Honestly I cant say enough good things about your food. I tell everyone about it—it actually SAVES me time and money! I just want to thank you again for making such a wonderful product. Keep up the good work.

A friend dropped off her nearly one year old miniature Schnauzer Frankie, on Saturday for us to look after over the next two weeks.  She mentioned to me that Frankie was getting better at eating his usual dry food but was still not overly keen on it.  I told her that our ten year old Giant Schnauzer Neo, still dances for his meals and loves every mouth full down to the last tiny speck in his bowl.  I then showed Frankie’s mum the dry raw venison that we feed Neo and gave Frankie a little piece that lasted just a split second.  Having unsuccessfully tried to feed Frankie on Saturday night with his usual diet, I tried again on Sunday morning, again without success.  I then put a handful of Neo’s ZiwiPeak into Frankie’s bowl with his usual food and what he did was just so funny.  He systematically removed every last piece of his usual food and put it on the floor next to his bowl before joyfully eating every last crumb of the ZiwiPeak.  Please be assured that I will make sure that Frankie’s Mum knows exactly where to purchase ZiwiPeak on her return..  Once again thank you so very much for your help.  Kindest regards, Judi

I have always fed my three year old shih tzus Ziwipeak Venison and Lamb products and they are extremely healthy dogs. One has just had a double zeps operation (lateral ear resection), to widen ear canals. The vet was thrilled at her speedy recovery. (In fact the stitches could have come out three days earlier than anticipated). I put it down to ZiwiPeak and a little T.L.C.
